Lacey Township police received a report on Friday, Mar. 15 from someone who said a package of marijuana was delivered to their home in a repurposed Amazon box. Investigators determined that John Vincentini delivered the box.

John Vincentini was charged with manufacturing marijuana in a quantity of more than five pounds but less than 25 pounds, distribution of marijuana in a quantity of more than one ounce but less than five pounds, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of an assault firearm, unlawful possession of a rifle, three counts of being a certain person not to possess a weapon, and financial facilitation.

Back in June 2023, John Vincentini was indicted for bias intimidation and terroristic threats. He was accused of threatening an Amazon delivery driver on Monday, Sept. 5, 2022.

Investigators said John Vincentini asked why the driver was in the neighborhood and asked if the driver "understood that it was a racist neighborhood."

"Vincentini then asked the driver whether he wanted him to go back to his car, get his rifle, and shoot the driver in the head," Billhimer said in a news release on Thursday, June 29, 2023.

John and Karen Vincentini were held at the Ocean County Jail to await detention hearings.
